Ila H. Broyles, PhD, is a researcher at RTI International, an independent, non-profit research institute. Her expertise is in measuring quality and cost outcomes for individuals with advanced illness. Her work focuses on developing measures of quality of care as well as implementing and evaluating integrated care models for individuals with complex healthcare needs.
