Eva DuGoff is a health services researcher in the Department of Health Services Administration at University of Maryland and Department of Population Health Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She holds a PhD from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a MPP from the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Administration. George Washington University.
